Terms and Condition
Reservation
Upon confirmation of your reservation, a Tour booking of AUD100 (refundable until 24 hours before travel) is requested to secure your accommodation and guides. The deposit of AUD100 should be paid at least 20 days prior to your schedule departure date. The balance of AUD900 4 days tour or AUD1500 for Individual 7 days package will be paid to the tour guide upon the arrival at the airport in Cash and AUD or the equivalent amount in USD, SGD, EUR.
If you fail to pay, your booking will be considered by rights as a cancellation and cancellation fee applied.
NO LATE PAYMENT TO THE TOUR GUIDE UPON THE ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT WILL BE ALLOWED.
It is highly recommended to have your reservation made 30 days prior your departure date, due to the limited number of client per week and par tour.
Booking of AUD100 for 1 day tour must be done 5 days prior the tour. Final payment of AUD200 will be done at our hotel lobby, pick up and drop off will be done at your Jakarta hotel. Cancellation must be done 24 hours, no refund will done above 24 hours.
Final payment: AUD900 (join-in tour) upon the arrival at Jakarta airport will be paid to your tour guide.
Total Payments for in land tours 4 days 3 nights : AUD1000
Once the booking payment secured, we will send you a confirmation letter and a contact number.
Payment
Payments are quoted in Australian dollars. Tour booking AUD100 must be settled by the bank before your scheduled departure date.
We use online secure for your safety. we accept do accept credit cards payments with PayPal.
And cash at Jakarta airport for final tours payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your trip or change the schedule date, please submit your cancellation in written form. Cancellation refunds will be done with-in the 24 hours and transferred to your account.
Cancellation / refund requests are required to be made a minimum 72 hours prior to departure.
No refund will be issued beyond 72 hours prior to departure
Travel Document
A passport valid for at least 6 months, necessary, tours accept no responsibility for any failure in this respect.
Mediclal Issues
Travel insurance purchased in advance is strongly suggested for your own sake.
You must provide in writing, at prior booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require attention during the tours.
Exemption of Liability
The responsibility of A.R.T.S tours is strictly limited. We will not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, omissions, or failure.
You agree that you will look to such suppliers for any accident, injury, property damage, or personnel loss, and not limited to acts of god or force majeure, acts of civil unrest, terrorist acts.
We will not be held responsible for your failure to comply with customs regulation.
We reserve the right to substitute your hotel (if our Hotel is fully booked only).
We are not responsible for any airline ticket cancellation fee.
A.R.T.S is an advertiser and assume no liability whatsoever.
When it becomes necessary for ARTS to cancel a tour, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or to process with an other tour
